Very office like style of paper and layout. Its also a quirky typ of binding looks like its stripped away from it's basics.

This is also very simple using black and white images gives it simplisty.

The layout is basic but easy on the eye to read.

This is probably the least simple design. Has many layers and mixed sizes of images and typography.
